Nothing on this website is an offer, guarantee, reservation, or promise that a particular apartment will be available.

Applications and leases

Submitting an inquiry or arranging a viewing does not create a tenancy, reserve an apartment, or guarantee approval. Rental applications, screening, deposits, fees, and leases are governed by separate documents and applicable law. If these terms conflict with a signed lease or other written agreement, that agreement controls.

Text messages

If you check the optional SMS consent box on our website or initial the SMS consent provision in your rental application or lease, you authorize Oceanview Living to send leasing- and tenancy-related text messages to the mobile number you provide, such as viewing and appointment scheduling, application updates, maintenance and inspection notices, and account messages. We do not send marketing text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of renting, applying, submitting an inquiry, or tenancy. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. The website may link to or display services operated by third parties, including AppFolio and its FolioSpace resident portal, Matterport, mapping providers, and social-media platforms.
